All apparel will be sent separately from Prints From My Instax standard products, and will have separate shipping times.

How do I find out my size?

See below for our sizing guides. We use Gildan sizing, so it should be consistent with any existing Gildan-branded apparel you own. Our clothing is unisex!

Do you offer pickup for my apparel order?

We do not currently offer pickup for our apparel orders. Our printing partner will be shipping your apparel order, so your apparel orders will ship separately from your polaroid and accessory orders. See below for pickup details if you'd like to pick up your polaroid order. Please reach out to printsfrommyinstax@gmail.com if you have any further questions about this!


Care instructions for apparel

  • Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
  • Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
  • Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
  • Do not dry clean.

POLAROID PRINTS

Shipping

Non-apparel products (polaroid prints, postcards, accessories) will be sent out in 1-3 business days via untracked mail, with tracked options at a premium. Scrapbooks ship at a slightly higher rate due to size and weight differences.

How does it work?
    1. Determine how many photos you want to print, and if you'd like any add-on items
    2. Send your photos via email to printsfrommyinstax@gmail.com. Make sure you follow our best practices when sending photos for optimal results.
    3. We print your photos, and you wait for your photos to arrive!


    What are the best practices for sending in my photos?

    • MINI POLAROID PRINTS:
      • Landscape or portrait format works! For best results, please send photos with all the subjects as close to the middle of the photo as possible so no one gets cut off. Awkward!
      • Indicate in your email if there any photos you'd like in portrait/landscape format. Otherwise, we will defer to the format that fits your subjects best!
    • GENERAL TIPS:
      • Don't forget to send your photos to printsfrommyinstax@gmail.com after you place your order!
      • Make sure your photos are well-lit.
      • Polaroid instax film photos are not made to come out sharp or lifelike in quality, but that's what creates the timeless, nostalgic look!
      • Photos are grainy? It should be okay - we're always blown away by how polaroids take the blurry look into stride :)
      • When in doubt on whether your photo works or not, shoot us an email or message and we can let you know what we think (usually it's A-okay!)


    How big are the polaroids?

    Mini polaroids: 8.6cm x 5.4cm or 3.4in x 2.1in
    Square polaroids: 8.6cm x 7.2cm or 3.4in x 2.8in


    Should I get mini polaroids, or square polaroids?

    It depends on your needs and preferences! Mini polaroids are more cost effective and are more portable, but square polaroids have better quality and capture more details. Check out our blog post about pros and cons!


    Do you offer pickup?

    Yes we do, and this is the fastest way to get your order! We offer free pickup at Markham, Ontario on all non-apparel items. Turnaround time is especially fast for these orders at around 1 business day. Send us a chat or email us at printsfrommyinstax@gmail.com if you have any questions!
